Gregorian Chant Academy LLC Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gregorian Chant Academy LLC (“GCA”) Affiliate Program (“Program”) and form a binding agreement between Gregorian Chant Academy and any person or entity (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) who participates in the Program.

By becoming or remaining an Affiliate of GCA, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate your Affiliate account as described below.

1. Nature of Agreement – At-Will Relationship

The relationship between GCA and each Affiliate is at-will. Either party may terminate the affiliation at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without written notice.

No Affiliate signature is required for these Terms to be binding. Consent to be and remain an Affiliate constitutes automatic consent to these Terms.

If at any time you no longer agree to these Terms, you must terminate your participation in the Program.

2. Affiliate Commission Tracking and Payment

  • When Affiliate commissions are enabled for a particular Offer, Kajabi will track referrals and commissions via the GCA Affiliate dashboard.

  • Commissions are not automatically or immediately paid. GCA manually processes payouts using its preferred payment method (including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, check, or cash).

  • The minimum payout threshold is $100. Balances under $100 will roll over until the threshold is met.

  • Eligible payouts will be made approximately every 30 days at the end of each month.

  • Affiliates must submit a valid IRS Form W-9 before receiving any payout. The IRS Form W-9 PDF can be downloaded HERE.

3. Tax Reporting Obligations

  • For tax year 2025:

    • GCA will issue a Form 1099-NEC to any U.S.-based Affiliate who earns $600 or more in commissions during the calendar year by January 31 of each year.

    • Third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) will issue a Form 1099-K to any Affiliate receiving $20,000 or more in payments and 200 or more transactions for goods or services in the same calendar year.

  • For tax year 2026:

    • The 1099-NEC threshold will increase to $2,000 (with annual inflation adjustments beginning in 2027).

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on their commissions.

4. Commission Forfeiture upon Termination

If an Affiliate account is terminated—whether by GCA or by the Affiliate—all unpaid commissions in the Affiliate account at the time of termination will be forfeited and remain the sole property of GCA.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about GCA, its courses, or products.

  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising to promote GCA.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with promotional activities.

GCA reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an Affiliate’s promotional activity violates these standards.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gregorian Chant Academy, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Waiver of Right to Sue

By participating in the Program, you waive any and all rights to initiate legal proceedings against GCA for any claims, disputes, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to commission disputes, account termination, or alleged damages.

8. Modifications to Terms

GCA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updated Terms will be posted and will become effective immediately. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and GCA regarding the Affiliate Program and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By continuing as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

GCA Affiliate Quick Guide

Helping restore Gregorian Chant — and earning as you do!

How It Works

  1. Sign up for free as an Affiliate.

  2. Share your unique Affiliate link.

  3. When someone enrolls through your link, you earn up to 25% commission.

  4. Once you’ve earned at least $100, we send you your payout.

The Basics

  • At-Will Relationship – Either of us can end the affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason (or no reason).

  • No Automatic Payments – We process payouts manually. Eligible payments are sent within 30 days after your commission is earned.

  • Taxes – If you earn over the IRS reporting threshold, we’ll send you a 1099 form (U.S. Affiliates). You’ll need to send us a W-9 before we can pay you.

  • Minimum Payout – $100. Commissions below this amount roll over to the next payout period.

  • Termination – If your account ends, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

✅ Use your own authentic voice — people respond to genuine enthusiasm.

Please don’t:
❌ Make false claims about GCA or our courses.

❌ Misrepresent your relationship with GCA.
